This is a web-based training that is led by Dr. Martin C. Wesley, Former Kentucky LPC Board member, and former Board Chair. This training will be held on May 29th at 9am EST – Noon, for a total of 3 hours. It covers the statutes and regulations controlling the practice of licensed professional counselors, covering KRS 335.500 to 335.599 and the 201 KAR 36:020 to 201 KAR 36:080. This training further covers state and national issues that can affect future changes in the laws and regulations for the practice of licensed professional counselors including the Covid-19 Pandemic.
